The spaces are rented as shell constructions. On request, we are happy to offer a “full-service package”: you handle your core business and we take care of the planning and expansion of your new space.

We have renowned interior designers and office planners at our disposal who can develop a rental space layout to suit your preferences and requirements and guide the project right up until the key is handed over. You will only be involved where necessary or at your request.
