CO₂-neutral energy concept across the site, 2,000-watt certification and a Watt d’Or award from the Swiss Federal Office of Energy. Also the LEED international sustainability label in the Platinum standard is envisaged.

The building structure will also allow for the future installation of intermediate floors. In turn, this will enable interesting room concepts to be created and the floor space to be expanded as the company grows.
Goods handling
There are spacious service elevators with the typical fittings and a permitted load of 2,500 kg, plus a truck delivery tunnel and a van delivery area in the underground parking garage.

From 2027 onwards, Zug public transport services will run directly to the Papieri site from Zug railway station every half-hour, with direct connections to long-distance services.
